The Heppner bench ruling puts a question in front of every attorney using commercial AI: does my tool's architecture survive a court asking who had access to this content? inCamera is the only architecture where the answer is no one—because there is no third-party disclosure to waive privilege over.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does billing start?

Billing begins after your account is approved and activated. You'll complete payment during the onboarding process after downloading the app.

What does "per machine" mean?

Each subscription covers one device (computer) where inCamera is installed. If you need to use inCamera on multiple computers, or want to give access to paralegals and assistants, you can add additional machines at $40/month each.

Will early adopter pricing increase?

Early adopters lock in $45/month for as long as they maintain an active subscription. When we raise prices for new subscribers, your rate stays the same.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing with net-30 terms.

Is there a free trial?

Due to the verification requirements and infrastructure costs, we don't offer a free trial. However, you can cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund if inCamera doesn't meet your needs.

Do paralegals need bar verification?

Additional machines for paralegals and assistants are linked to your verified attorney account. They don't require separate bar verification, but usage is associated with your subscription.
